Terms & Conditions 

1. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings require confirmation via message or email before they are final.

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle details (including registration) before booking.

  • In-person appointments are subject to availability and location feasibility.

2. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service.

  • Remote coding services require payment upfront.

  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking but may be subject to change.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If the customer is late or unavailable at the agreed time, the appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.

4. Compatibility & Software Services

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is compatible before booking.

  • If a customer books a service and their vehicle is later found to be incompatible, a service fee may still apply.

  • Software coding is done at the customer's risk. We are not liable for any manufacturer updates that may override coding in the future.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • All coding services are tested before completion.

  • If issues arise within 7 days, we will assess and re-code if necessary.

  • We are not responsible for future software updates from BMW or external modifications that may affect the coding.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing faults in the vehicle or head unit.

6. Aftermarket Screens & MMI Boxes

  • We now supply aftermarket screens and MMI boxes for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration.

  • No warranty is provided for aftermarket screens or MMI boxes. Once installed, they are the customer's responsibility.

  • If a customer supplies their own screen or hardware, we can fit it, but we do not provide support, warranty, or refunds for third-party products.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure their vehicle’s battery is in good health before coding or hardware installation.

  • The customer must disclose any previous coding, modifications, or issues that could affect the service.

8. Refunds

  • No refunds will be given once coding has been completed and confirmed as working.

  • If the service cannot be completed due to an issue on our side, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for aftermarket screens or MMI boxes once installed.

9. Legal Disclaimer

  • We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with BMW or any other car manufacturer.

  • Any modifications or coding done to a vehicle are at the customer’s discretion and risk.
